I help people live the life their spirit yearns for.

Patricia Greenhough

My name is Patricia Greenhough and I live with my husband Richard in Tahunanui, Nelson, New Zealand, near the beach. I am married for the second time. I have studied personal growth, health and brain and body healing techniques much of my adult life. I have daughters, grandchildren and great grandchildren, all of whom have been and continue to be, great teachers for me.

My journey to being the trainer and teacher I have become today has always been based on first experimenting with myself. Looking at myself and how I show up in the world has constantly given me feedback on what works for me and for others who are passionate about being the best version of themselves. This has not been a comfortable journey, there is much about myself I have struggled with. A strength and sometimes weakness of mine is that I am a highly kinaesthetic learner who is also an empath. The world can be intense for people like me.

In my constant search for what works I trained as a general and obstetric nurse, three and a quarter years of hospital based training as a solo Mother of four. What was I thinking? I continued exploring every modality that I got a “Yes” for. I mainly moved between mind and body based training. I started training in NLP about 40 years ago when I did an internship in counselling and psychotherapy. It took many years for me to become a Master Trainer and in that time I trained in many body based therapies, including kinesiology, the Feldenkrais Method®, and Kahuna body work and principles in Hawaii. I travelled out of New Zealand multiple times to attend trainings in Australia, America, England, The Netherlands, and Hawaii.

I worked as a palliative care nurse, the counsellor co-ordinator for a rape crisis centre, a therapeutic community worker with people from the psychiatric and prison system, did a professional in residence at a drug and alcohol centre and I co-trained with my husband Richard teaching NLP for many years. This was an amazing and challenging experience. Co- training when you have completely different styles and backgrounds is a fabulous way to grow individually and in partnership

All of this contributed to the work I developed myself. This first started when I was in my early 40’s and became very ill with Myalgic Encephalitis. I had the most amazing help from practitioners that did not follow the medical model. It was a real eye opener for me. Orthodox medicine did not help and complimentary medicine and therapy was really helpful. I continued to follow what worked. From that time on I periodically would wake in the night with a new process. I am often part way through it when I waken if it is a process for me, or know what to do if it is for a client. I love this part of my life, it is so exciting.

Functional Opposites™ and Omnilevel Healing® came to me in the night and I have continued to develop them. They are the mainstay of my work today.

What people are saying about working with Patricia

Since starting Omnilevel Healing® with Patricia, I’ve noticed a huge shift in my ability to let go and move forward. I used to hold onto things that felt deeply personal, but now I’m more able to accept what’s happened and choose how I want to feel. As a digital nomad building a business, I’ve struggled with anxiety, imposter syndrome, and constant uncertainty. With Patricia’s support, I’ve been able to move past blocks, feel more grounded, and welcome more peace and lightness into my life.

~ Kayla

Working with Patricia has been a transformative experience. As someone who has often defaulted to anxious thinking she has taught me one of the most powerful tools I could carry: the ability to reframe my mindset. Patricia has shown me the importance of acknowledging my emotions, while placing Functional Opposites™ alongside whatever I’m feeling - inviting new perspectives that are grounding and empowering. I now feel I can hold space for more than one truth and have the choice to embody the ones that encourage my growth in all different areas of my life. I am deeply grateful for the mental skills Patricia has taught me and I use them every day.

~ Abby, Paramedic

I recently experienced Patricia’s own signature healing modality, Omnilevel Healing®. The session was very enlightening by way of revealing my own values and desires for my life, which felt almost buried. I could feel the healing/re-imprinting process taking place and it was both calming and effective. I do feel a definite shift with what I was wanting to change, and I am really happy about that. Thanks Patricia!

~ Rachel Salter, Dip Homeopathy, Tera-Mai Reiki Seicheem Master/Teacher, MFU Practitioner

Patricia, I’m forever grateful for the transformational healing impact you have had on my life, and by extension those who came through our Acupuncture College.

About Richard

Patricia Greenhough

I arrived in New Zealand in October 1968 and have loved being a Kiwi ever since.

I worked on orchards in the Nelson area, studied Horticulture at Lincoln College and managed the orchard and taught practical orchard skills at Massey University for some years.

I worked on campus at the Open Polytechnic (It was the Technical Correspondence Institute when I started), developing training and assessment material, and running courses. I still do some contract work for Open Polytechnic today.

Early in my time at the Polytechnic I met Patricia and we married in 1982.

We moved to Christchurch where, after a couple of false starts, I developed unit standards for NZQA, and developed health and safety plans and materials for a number of large organisations, delivering training sessions to them.

Some colleagues and I formed Framework Solutions Ltd – an accredited Private Training Establishment. I delivered adult education and assessment and other training and assessment as and where needed – from a Māori health provider in Te Kau in the far north to Invercargill Prison, and the Bluff smelter, in the South, from a Māori training provider in Gisborne in the East, to Solid Energy, based in Greymouth on the West coast. And many interesting places and sites in between. I think that the only jail I have not trained in in the South Island is Christchurch Womens.

I moved away from that as Patricia and I became interested in delivering NLP Practitioner, Master Practitioner, and once Trainer’s training.

A colleague from Framework Solutions Ltd invited me to work with him in Egypt, and I spent part of a couple of years delivering training and developing materials in competency-based training and assessment for the logistics industry one year, and the renewable energy sector the next. I loved Egypt, the pyramids, temples, and museums and I loved working in Egypt. The people were great to work with, and our interpreters were absolutely world class. It is fascinating delivering training in English, while the participants are hearing and reading it in Arabic.

While at Framework Solutions Ltd, I attended the Institute of Directors training and have been a director of several companies including our own company Lifetime Learning (NZ) Ltd. I am CEO and Director of Training of Omnilevel Healing®. I have worked in and around adult education and training almost my entire working life, and I love it as much today as when I started at Massey as a fresh graduate from Lincoln.
